Our in-home caregiving agency was started in 2013 by Doug Crocker. Our mission has always been to serve our senior community members, allowing them to stay comfortably in their homes.
Innovative Care Advocates is also a contracted Veteran Affairs Agency that proudly serves Veterans in Santa Cruz and Monterey Counties. As your local in-home care service company, we treat everyone we come into contact with respect, compassion, and understanding. We make it a point to go above and beyond with a personal touch by providing professional licensed and bonded Health Care Aides for our community members who need extra help with one-on-one care.
Our caregivers can help you or your loved ones with special care needs which includes helping those with Parkinson’s, Dementia, Physical Disabilities and End of Life Care.
